of course food can be damaging when you don't know when is enough ,or if you eat a lot of junk food.if you know when to say stop and you are careful not to eat too fat or too sweet food can't damage your health.well in our country i don't think ew have that problem because we are mostly hungry:)) so food isn't damaging for us maybe in S.U.A. where 60% of the population is overweight .
